Setup bluetooth mini keyboard

Install Bluetooth

# apt-get install bluetooth bluez-utils blueman

Plug bluetooth dongle, then check if it is installed

pi@raspberrypi ~ $ lsusb

Bus 001 Device 006: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 045e:0772 Microsoft Corp. LifeCam Studio

Then

pi@raspberrypi ~ $ hcitool scan
Scanning ...
        CC:C5:0A:0F:CA:1E       Bluetooth 3.0 Macro Keyboard

execute

# sudo bluez-simple-agent hci0  CC:C5:0A:0F:CA:1E

It aks you a PIN Code. Enter 0000

RequestPinCode (/org/bluez/2192/hci0/dev_CC_C5_0A_0F_CA_1E)
Enter PIN Code: 0000

On the keyboard, blindly press 0000 + enter, it should display

Release
New device (/org/bluez/2192/hci0/dev_CC_C5_0A_0F_CA_1E)

Definitly add the keyboard

# sudo bluez-test-device trusted CC:C5:0A:0F:CA:1E yes
# sudo bluez-test-input connect CC:C5:0A:0F:CA:1E
